Explore Scientific 2" APS-C Field Flattener

This Explore Scientific 2" Field Flattener is designed to compensate for edge-of-field curvature inherent in most refractor telescopes. The fully multi-coated Field Flattener slides into a 2" focuser or eyepiece holder. The camera side of the flattener has male M42 t-threads to attach to a T-ring or adapter, which are sold separately.

This version of the FFEDAPO-01 has 55 mm of back focus (plus or minus 2 mm) and is designed for cameras with APS-C or smaller sensors. It will not produce a flat field when used with a full-frame camera.
